It is always important to make sure we are doing the right things to keep our immune system at its best. We never know when we are in contact with a virus or bacteria. Every time we shake someones hand, touch the cart at the store, exchange money, or even open a door. Let's face it, our immune system is always being challenged. The importance of making sure our system has a fighting chance isn't just a concern for today, but should always be a concern; with or without flu season, the common cold, and of course the Coronavirus.


There are several ways to make sure our immune system is at peak performance. Let's go back to the basics, here are the top 5:


1. Sleep

2. Eliminate sugars and processed foods.

3. Eat a whole food diet and drink plenty of water.

4. Minimize stress, by moving, laughing, and having fun.
